Rajesh Setty is a serial entrepreneur, investor and author based in Silicon Valley. Rajesh serves as the president and CEO of Suggestica where they build private and public discovery engines using Rawsugar technology. He also serves as the executive chairman of Jiffle where they help solve scheduling problems across companies.
Rajesh is involved in several other technology businesses in the US, Europe and India in some combination of investor, founder, advisor and/or an executive. He is a member of the Band of Angels, an angel network in Silicon Valley and Vistage, a worldwide networking organization for CEOs. Hugo brings over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the defense industry, and has three successful start-up businesses within major corporations under his name. He served as VP for Strategic Growth Initiatives for Raytheon, and before that, as vice president of the Homeland Security (HLS) strategic business area, growing the HLS business from $37M in 2002 to over $1B, including a year-over-year growth of over 40% from 2005 to 2006. Major initiatives included border and high-value facility security, secure communications, emergency response and knowledge-based integrated security solutions.
Previously, Hugo was vice president and general manager of Strategic Systems in Raytheon's Command, Control, Communications and Information (C3I) Systems business. During his tenure, Strategic Systems achieved a 31% growth in revenues and a 52% growth in profits. He has also served as vice president of aerospace electronics for Lockheed Martin, general manager of the avionics division of Sanders, general manager for military electronics for TRW, and senior vice president at M/A-COM Government Systems in charge of strategic communications, electronic warfare and avionics.
Hugo holds electrical engineering degrees from the University of Dayton and Purdue University (MSc. and PhD). In 2005, Hugo was selected as one of the Top 25 Hispanic executives in American Industry by Hispanic Trends magazine.
Currently Dr. Poza is president of Hugo Poza Consulting, Inc.
George A Landis retired from the US Army with the rank of Brigadier General in 1993, and, after a second career, from Raytheon Technical Services Company as a Vice President in 2005. He currently works as a Defense Industry management consultant in Orlando, Florida.
General Landis received an Army ROTC commission and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University and later earned an MBA from Texas Tech University. He was also graduated from the Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management, the US Army War College, and the Senior Managers in Government Program of the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
